RNI develops military simulation and training systems based on 3D commercial gaming technologies and military simulation network technology. These systems are used by the military for planning, executing, monitoring, and after action reviewing military training exercises. Read more on our products page with emphasis on the GDIS product.
RNI is seeking programmers (all skill levels) to support software development and game modification efforts supporting these systems. The work is exciting, fast paced, cutting-edge, and challenging.

- Software development using C++ in 3D game engines (Valve, Crytek, Unity 3D a plus)
- Software development using C++ in network messaging using DIS, proprietary, and other multi-player simulation messaging protocols
- Contact with customer for requirements, demos, and support

| Skills Required |
- Avid gamers (who love to make games and mods as much as play)
- C++ Programming (3 year minimum, 5+ years preferred)
- Strong 3D Math
- Strong understanding of socket/network development
- Fast learner
- Must work well independently as well as with others or under direct supervision

- Game modding or building experience (strongly desired)
- Software development using gaming engines
- Model building
- Animations
- Level building
- Point cloud photogrammetry
- Experience in the Dynamic C programming language
- Embedded programming (NetDuino, RabbitCore)
- Mobile device programming on the Android platform
- Flash / GFx UI Development
